Rent Payment

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late if payment is not received  (not postmarked) by the 5th.  All rent payments received after the 5th are subject to a late fee of 5%, payable as additional rent due.  Rent is payable online via PayPal (preferred) money order. Perso

The best way to pay rent is online via PayPal, which is completely free and only takes a few minutes to setup. It is important that you pay from a linked bank account (not credit/debitcard) & choose 'friends & family' payment (not 'goods & services')  to avoid additional fees.  Any additional fees added by PayPal are to be paid by you, the tenant.

Maintenance Requests

​The best way to submit a maintenance request is by filling out the Service Request Form below.  Maintenance requests may also be submitted by calling or texting your main point of contact for the property.  We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your request to schedule the repair.

Emergency Repairs

In the event of a true emergency including fire, gas leaks, active water leaks, no heat or hot water, and break-ins, tenants are to alert the appropriate authorities and/or take the following actions immediately BEFORE contacting us:

FIRE:  CALL 911! THEN notify us via call, text, or email.

GAS LEAKS:  REPORT TO BGE IMMEDIATELY AT 1-877-778-2222, THEN notify us.

ACTIVE WATER LEAKS:  TURN OFF INCOMING WATER AT MAIN VALVE  IMMEDIATELY (or closest to leak), THEN call us to schedule an emergency repair.

NO HEAT OR HOT WATER:  FOR GAS HEAT, CHECK PILOT LIGHT(S) AT FURNACE FIRST, THEN call us to schedule an emergency repair.

BREAK-IN:  CALL 911! THEN notify us.
